Planning a vacation in Florida and not visiting two of its best theme parks is a crime. Miles away from each other, both Disney World and Universal have always been the kings of theme parks. Here is everything you need to know about both these parks.

The Theme Parks

The famous Disney World has two water parks, four theme parks, an entertainment center, a shopping center, and dining. There’s a lot to explore here like the Magic Kingdom, the beautiful Cinderella Castle, and the well-known Disney Studio, where movies like Star Wars come to life. Restaurants and Eateries

There are many restaurants in Disneyland that are based on Disney themes. One can easily find a fine dining place or a quick-serve at Disney. But the most beautiful place to eat is Cinderella’s Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom, where you get a chance to enjoy a royal feast. For something fancier, the Japanese A5 Wagyu is a great choice. Hotels and Accommodations

Both theme parks have a lot of luxurious resorts around them that have transportation facilities to all the parts of the parks. There are around 24 resorts, including deluxe hotels and budget-friendly ones, in and around Disney World, whereas Universal has eight, and two of those are within walking distance. There are boats and buses available for transportation. These resorts have on-site coffee shops and spacious pools for guests to come and relax after a long day.

Attractions and Rides

The Avatar Flight of Passage is one of Disney World’s most popular attractions. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is a stunning attraction point with state-of-the-art technology and is a must-visit. This family-friendly theme park is more focused on story-telling than thrills. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is the most well-known attraction at Universal. It’s so beautifully designed that the fictional characters will seem real to you. Jurassic World-inspired VelociCoaster is the newest addition at Universal. Some of the other adventurous rides at Universal are the Incredible Hulk Coaster and Mummy: The Ride. Keep in mind that, unlike Disney, Universal is more suitable for adults and older kids since there are certain height requirements.

It produces strong rope-like aerial roots that, when lashed onto a hollowed trunk or tied to bamboo stalks, can be trained patiently over decades to grow horizontally across steep ravines and riverbanks. A Little History

Some of the bridges of Cherrapunji grew when the kingdom of Ahom, invaders of what is today Mayanmar, ruled over the Meghalaya hills. They used the trees to build a bridge for walkers who were carried through, while a corrupt British colonial trader named Harry Inglis terrorized the people of the frontier region.
