Free Adventure at a National Park
Well, we all love a free family trip and the National Park Service is making this happen for every American on various days during the year 2023. That’s right, you can enjoy a day out with your loved ones for free on a few national holidays and anniversaries. Although there are already some adventure parks that do not have any entrance fees, this is for the ones that do. Check out the list below to make your bookings in advance! These five days are January 16 – Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, April 22 – The first day of National Park Week, August 4 – The anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act, September 23 – National Public Lands Day, and November 11 – Veterans Day.
Other Amenities and Activities
You can take your kids to a national park and bring them closer to nature on any of these days and you won’t have to pay any sum before setting into an adventure. Although the entry fees will be waived, that is not applied to other activities that you might want to enjoy at these national parks. You are going to have to pay the regular charges set for camping, guided, tours, transportation, and more.
