Use Public Transportation
The city’s public transport system is pretty impressive, but what you might not realize is that you can also use this system for sightseeing. It’s relatively inexpensive to travel across the city, which means that you could see just as much on a public bus as you would on an expensive tour. Just choose where you want to go, and find the transport that will take you there!
Visit During Low Season
When you imagine a trip to Paris, you probably imagine a trip during the Spring or Summer months. Because everyone wants to experience the city in the sunshine, the prices of hotels and flights rise exponentially. However, if you visit during the low season, you’ll be able to reduce the prices by a huge margin. Plus, who wouldn’t wait to drink hot cocoa along the Seine?!

Visit Free Attractions
Although most people go to Paris to check out the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, these cost you money. The city is full of amazing and free attractions that won’t take a chunk out of your budget. Head over to some of the free museums, walk along the river or even check out the remnants of the Notre Dame.
Who knew that a trip to Paris could be done on a shoestring budget?
