Whether you have arachnophobia or just don't like the sight of spiders near you, most people are pretty upset when a spider surprises them. There are some places that you hope to never see a spider either. Unfortunately for these people, they ran into spiders in the worst places imaginable. We hope we never see any surprise spiders like these!

Resident Chef

There's nothing worse than a spider somewhere that you need to be. Of course, a spider on the ceiling is scary but a spider hiding out on a door handle or on a laptop would cause quite a fright.

This spider decided that he wanted to try on a new hat as a chef. The only problem was that the people in this kitchen didn't really want him around. Even further, they especially didn't want him setting up camp on their microwave, an appliance that most people use fairly frequently.

Time to Burn the House Down

There are certain situations in which you see a spider that you can simply grab a shoe or cup to catch it and take it outside. Other times, you might have a bigger problem than just a single stray spider.

The people who live in this house definitely have a bigger problem on their hands than a lone arachnid. Instead, it seems like they might need to rid their whole kitchen of a near-uncountable number of spiders. We probably wouldn't make any home-cooked meals until that process was done either.

Adding a Little Protein

Many people make their coffee half-awake in the morning. After all, it's the thing that's supposed to help give you an extra boost when you're trying to follow your alarm.

So, it can't be helped that sometimes you might miss something in making your morning coffee. This person just happened to miss a large, upsetting thing about their coffee, for a time, at least. After they'd finished a good portion of their coffee, this spider-fueled nightmare revealed itself.

Don't Take a Sip

There's nothing more refreshing than a sip of the drink you ordered with your meal. Before you dive right in, though, you might want to take a second look at that straw.

This spider would be almost tragically easy to miss, leading to what would likely be a terrifying moment - if they realized at all. Nestled right in the straw, there's no way to avoid this eight-legged little spider when you grab a drink from this cup.
